New Curriculum Competence-Based Text Books and The Global Village

All our Spring Hub Publishing textbooks as well as our Readers are produced based on the principles and expectations of the new competence-based curriculum which was first introduced to learners in 2015. Our aim, which is in unison with the expectations of the MOPSE is to develop skill sets that are in line with the technologically dynamic environment that we now live in, which has rendered the world a global village.


Due to this evolving technology, ICT tools incorporation has become imperative in each and every text that we have developed across different learning areas as this is actually become a key learning language just like English, Shona, Ndebele or any learning language that could be used to introduce learners to the learning world.


The global village has also made it imperative that we produce competitive learners based on the principles of the New Competence-Based Curriculum like inclusivity, diversity, gender sensitivity and lifelong learning and we have upheld and promoted these principles in each and every Spring Hub Publishing product.

Infant School Books

The ECD learner’s books, which are also the textbooks for use in this level have been created with love and heart for our little learners. The idea was to make these formative years very enjoyable as the foundation for literacy is being laid.

Teacher’s Guide

Our Teacher’s Guides accompany the corresponding learner’s books to assist the teacher to deliver the lesson as well as carry out practical activities and exercises with the learners. 

Junior School Textbooks

‘Spring Up’ is the series name for all our Primary School Textbooks. They are developed in a manner that will captivate learners and in so doing impart knowledge and skill to mould tomorrow’s employment creators.

Readers

The Spring Up Readers are meant to introduce the culture of reading and to develop children’s vocabulary. They focus on the development of the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
